Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange; restocking fees may apply. Not all items can be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. You will need to arrange for the product to be returned to us.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@matboard.com. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We aim to resolve all damages within 1 business day. 

Pictures of damaged or incorrect items are required. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds on Returns/Exchanges
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations/Changes

For custom orders, we can accept cancellation or change requests within 24 hours of your order being placed.

For non-custom products, we will accept a cancellation/change request within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Refunds on cancellations may incur a restocking and/or a processing fee if the order was processed and/or if the shipping label was created. 

Changes to existing custom orders may be subject to a restocking and/or a processing fee if the order was processed and/or if the shipping label was created.
